The Blueprint.
A fixed-price, fixed-scope way to find out exactly what AI integration looks like for your specific system — before you commit to anything bigger than a two-week engagement.
Almost every AI-integration firm we looked at, from 25-person shops to 1,600-person consultancies, hides pricing behind an open-ended sales conversation. That's a lot of commitment to ask for before you know what you're actually getting.
The Blueprint has a fixed scope, fixed timeline, and fixed price for each phase. You'll know exactly what you're getting and what it costs before you say yes to anything.
Two phases. Stop after either one.
Blueprint — audit & roadmap
We go through your existing codebase, data, and workflows directly — not a questionnaire. The output is a short, specific roadmap: 1–3 realistic AI integration opportunities we actually found in your system, each with an effort estimate and a cost range for building it.
- — A working session with your team to understand the system and constraints
- — Direct review of the relevant parts of your codebase / data / APIs
- — A written roadmap: opportunities found, why each one is realistic, effort and cost to build
Build — working prototype
Optional, and only scoped once Phase 1 is done — the real cost isn't knowable before the roadmap exists. We build one working prototype of the highest-priority opportunity: a real, demoable feature running against your actual system, not a slide deck or a sandboxed toy demo.
A few things worth stating plainly.
Why is this priced lower than what we've seen elsewhere?
We're early — this is a deliberate introductory price for our first engagements while we build a track record. It won't stay this low indefinitely.
What if Phase 1 finds nothing worth building?
Then that's the honest answer, and you'll have it in writing for $1,500–$2,500 instead of finding out after a much larger commitment.
Do we have to do Phase 2 with you?
No. The roadmap from Phase 1 is yours either way.
What happens after Phase 2?
If you want to keep building, we scope that as its own engagement — priced with a published range and named cost drivers, not a rate card.
Start with Phase 1.
3–5 days, $1,500–$2,500 fixed. Tell us about your system and we'll confirm scope before anything starts.
